The client built a new 5000t/a coal-based activated carbon plant using local weakly-caking coal. We delivered an internal-heated rotary carbonization furnace plus rotary activation furnace line with dedusting and desulfurization systems. From design to ignition took 8 months, with iodine value stable at 900-1000 mg/g.
