Rotary Activation Furnace
The rotary activation furnace is the mainstream activation equipment for activated carbon production. Materials continuously tumble in the rotating drum and fully contact with steam, achieving uniform activation, large capacity and flexible operation for coal, wood and nut-shell based feedstocks.
Slep Furnace
The Slep furnace (saddle furnace) is a classic vertical activation furnace using steam and flue gas as activating agents. It features high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption, suitable for producing microporous granular activated carbon from high-strength shell charcoals such as coconut and apricot shells.
Carbonization Furnace
The carbonization furnace is used for pyrolytic carbonization of raw materials under oxygen-deficient conditions, as the preceding process of activated carbon production. We supply internal-heated rotary carbonization furnaces and vertical carbonization furnaces with high char yield and controllable flue gas.
Complete Production Line
