The HRS continuous carbonization furnace carbonizes coconut, shell, wood and coal raw materials continuously, producing uniform char with initial pore structure, matching activation furnaces to form continuous activated carbon lines.
How It Works
Raw material is fed continuously into the rotary furnace and pyrolyzed in an oxygen-free environment; volatiles are released forming a porous carbon skeleton. Temperature and residence time are continuously controlled for stable char quality.
